The research achievement of Professor Kilwon Cho of the Department of Chemical Engineering was selected as one of the top 10 published papers for the last 10 years, by a renowned journal Advanced Functional Materials (AFM).
Published in the title of ‘Control of the Morphology and Structural Development of Solution-Processed Functionalized Acenes for High-Performance Organic Transistors,’ the paper became a big issue right after its release, as it recorded the highest online download number.
The research group of Prof. Cho developed high-performance organic thin-film transistors using structurally developmental features of molecules in thin-film. The outcome was estimated to enhance the existing limited skills for heterogeneous molecular shape and arrangement.
