Many people live with problems because of various reasons, such as rising levels of fine dust and stress from the modern world. Among them, appearance is one of the most important areas of self-care, but acne makes it so difficult to manage one’s appearance that it is considered the enemy of everyone. It is often found on other body parts, such as the forehead, cheek, nose, face, and even back. The disease is not easily treated with any cosmetic or ointment. It even has the property of spreading once it occurs, making it heartbreaking for anyone with acne and anyone watching it. However, although it is unknown to many people, some drugs can solve the cause of acne all at once.

Acne is a skin disease caused by clogged pores in the skin. Sebum is hardened in the hair follicle and causes inflammation. The lump of sebum accumulated in the skin is called “whitehead,” and if it protrudes out of the skin, it is called “blackhead.” The amount of sebum secreted by the autonomic nervous system is affected by activities based on the autonomic nervous system. Sebum is secreted when the skin is very dry or needs protection by stimulating meibomian lands through the autonomic nervous system, which has a temporary effect. But if left untreated, it becomes the subject of acne from that point on. Many people prevent acne by washing their face or taking care of it, but it is often not resolved properly and can reach a severe stage.

Isotretinoin, also known as Roaccutane, is a drug that can stop sebum secretion. It is an excess of vitamin A isomers that can affect the gene transcription of cells throughout the process. Cell replication, differentiation, and apoptosis can all be affected. It is the most effective in apoptosis, and it is applied to various cells. What we should note is that isotretinoin targets the cells of meibomian lands as well. This failure of sebum-producing cells to proliferate leads to less sebum, which in turn blocks the possibility of acne. Therefore, if you take one or two pills a day for 2-3 months, you can see that the acne all over your skin subsides and completely disappears. However, as much as this drug affects apoptotic activity, there are various side effects. The most common side effects are dry skin and lips, which are naturally caused by a decrease in sebum volume. It also makes your skin become sensitive to sunlight, which is naturally prevented by the occurrence of sebum. Therefore, the patient must bear it, and they must thoroughly manage their skin’s moisture by mobilizing moisturizers.

However, there are some side effects that are found in very rare cases, and care should be taken even with a very small probability. Pharmacists and doctors also make sure to notify and collect a signature when prescribing isotretinoin. This condition is common for both men and women, but women must not be pregnant for three months if they have taken the drug. It should not even touch the skin, and it should never be administered. This is because it greatly increases the probability of developing fetal deformities. If you are thinking of becoming pregnant, both men and women should not take this drug for at least six months before pregnancy because the ingredients of the drug directly affect the fetus. Blood donations can also affect the recipient, so consumption must be stopped at least two months in advance. The simultaneous effects of antibiotics such as doxycycline, minocycline and isotretinoin can increase the risk of acute hypertension and affect the brain. The side effects of isotretinoin seem very dangerous, but they have an extremely low probability, and do not cause any major problems if the specific conditions are met. Since it is an excess of vitamin A, it is recommended to take a liver count test after taking some of it. Check if this medicine is correct for yourself, before taking it.

Isotretinoin is a medication that is usually prescribed to people with severe acne but, if you wish, it can be prescribed as free. Whether you get the prescription or not, you should go to bed early and have a sleep pattern that wakes you up early. Moisturizing and washing your face are essential, and you should keep your hands off your face. These are the simplest of rules, but many people cannot solve their acne because they cannot keep them. Basic skincare in advance is the top priority, and if skin acne repeats and gets worse even after trying as much as possible, taking isotretinoin can be a good option.
