The POSTECH held a foundation competitive exhibition from Sep. to Nov. This competition is held to generate creative ideas of Postechians to continue to world class venture enterprise. The selection process is somewhat extensive. First, the members examine the ideas, choose people to develop, educate them and finally select the person or team for the excellence award. All of the teams participating in this program are provided with education related to the foundation and programs that APGC-Lab provides.
POSTECH conducted a camp called "Excessively Attractive Technic Foundation Expedition" after selecting first participants on Oct. 30-31 in Kyung-Ju city. In this camp, 40 members, including Jeon Hwa seong (CEO of C&T tech) and Kim Hyung su, the one of the inventors of Android, attended. Especially, the members are taught about entrepreneurship and the development of application practically.
Finally, on Nov. 20, 2015, the award ceremony and presentation about what they think was held. The grand prize was given to POSTECH team 'Argo'. They invented game application by using augmented reality for children. The second prize was given to team 'Kspace'. They presented about the improvement of radiosonde system by using space balloon and solid fuel rocket, which solves low exactitude and recovery rate.
