During the Sunrise festival, there were multiple booths for students. Between 12 P. M. and 5 P. M., various organizations, including student governments and the Apple Developer Academy, as well as the school's clubs, prepared booths. The Art club Guerbois opened a booth for face painting for students. The booth prepared various designs such as flowers, hearts, butterflies, and PONIX. The club members painted other students’ faces based on the designs requested by them and operated booths that revealed the characteristics of the art club. Mania, a club that studies Japanese comics and culture, held a booth to predict luck through Japan’s Omikuji culture which refers to a culture in which fortune is predicted by drawing lots at shrines and temples. Most of the students would not know much about Japanese fortune culture, so it was meaningful to allow them to experience a new culture through these booth activities. Dorandoran, a writing club, set up a booth to imagine how we would live if we suddenly drifted on a deserted island and led discussions about it. When a situation occurred, one of the given examples had to be selected, and an unexpected mission according to the example was carried out. It was a booth where various endings such as survival, death, and pioneering could be reached through the previous options, allowing the story to unfold in an exciting way. Other than these, various clubs operated booths to carry out activities that highlighted the characteristics of their clubs well.
Clubs are not the only ones participating in the festival booths. POSTECH LINC 3.0 is an organization that enhances POSTECH students’ abilities through industry-academic-related education, and participated in the festival booth to run a booth that takes time to explain what LINC 3.0 is and what activities it provides for students. The Student, Minority Human Rights Council (MODAM) had a survey on hate speech and could get a lottery ticket for products. Through the survey, students were once again able to recognize the seriousness of what hate expressions were being used around us. The Apple Developer Academy also participated in the festival booth. The Apple Developer Academy had a meeting with POSTECH students through the sale of bead ice cream. It is meaningful that the  Apple Academy, which usually does not have a chance to meet with POSTECH students, participated in the festival booth and met with a lot of Postechians.
Between 6 P. M., and 2 A.M. of the next day, several departments opened pubs. On Thursday night, May 11, the Department of Material Science and Engineering (MSE), and the Mechanical Engineering (ME) opened a bar, and on Friday night, May 12, the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Physics (PHYS) departments opened a bar. The pub was operated with various concepts, for example, MSE entertained people with a Minecraft concept, and the ME dept. showed a construction site using work clothes as part of their display. The PHYS dept. attracted many people's attention with the unusual concept of a European restaurant, and the dept. CSE opened a bar that seemed to be a throwback to the 70s and 80s.
As it was a festival prepared by various clubs, student groups, and departments, there were many things to see and enjoy. Choi Sung-yoon, who worked in the Guerbois booth, said, “It was hard to work at the booth, but it was rewarding, and I felt proud that many people liked it. It was a fun festival.”
