Professor Chang Yoon-seok (SEE) was appointed as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), one of the world’s three major chemistry societies. Prof. Chang is a world-renowned scientist in the field of dioxin. He has achieved remarkable research results over last 30 years, including analysis of trace amounts of toxic substances, and published about 200 SCI papers in the field of human risk assessment and treatment technology for pollutants. Recently, he became a member of the Korean Academy of Environment Science and the Korean Academy of Science and Technology. This is significant in that it is given only to the chemists who have been recognized as having the world class research power.
