POSTECH announced a plan to support professors planning to apply flipped learning model to their course. Flipped learning model is an education model that delivers instructional content outside of the classroom and work on various activities in the classroom, which reverses the traditional way of education. According to the POSTECH Innovation Center for Education, they are pushing to spread the flipped learning model, which promotes active participation and creativity.
Professors seeking support can apply by filling in the form on the POSTECH webpage. Support available includes development budget, consultation about the lecture, and equipment needed for making videos. Applications will be evaluated based on the content and number of classes in which flipped learning is applied.
