The 4th POSTECH GSA Futsal League finished at POSTECH futsal field on Aug. 27. This league has been held every summer to relieve the stress from research and to encourage physical activity of graduate students. The games were every Monday and Thursday from Jun. 15 to Aug. 27. This year, 22 teams participated in and it was sponsored by “Poissports”.
After long and keen competition, 12 teams advanced into finals and four teams, “Please come back Minsu Kim”, “RESPECT”, “Heavy rain watch” and “RF”, reached semifinals. In 4th GSA futsal league, “Please come back Minsu Kim” defeated “RESPECT” in the final by a score of 2:0. The winner got 200,000 KRW as a prize The three other finalist teams also received a small cash prize. This league was a huge success, promising the next exciting 5th POSTECH GSA futsal league.
