The Kim Wook Special Meal Day was held on Nov. 4 at the cafeteria in Jigok Community Center. Professor Kwang S. Kim (CHEM) was selected as the National Scientist 2010 and donated his entire cash prize to the university to provide special meals to students. Honoring Prof. Kim’s wish, the university has designated Nov. 3 every year as the Kim Wook Special Meal Day and provides a special meal annually. This year, as Nov. 3 is Sunday, it was scheduled on Nov. 4. ‘Kim Wook Special Meal Day’ was named after his father.
