The POSTECH Leadership Center hosted a leadership program for improving teamwork at the gymnasium on May 7. It was part of the series“My Leadership Style”, which focuses on leadership activities as part of the Activity Based general education Curriculum (ABC). This program helped to revitalize the organization through unity and communication.
Because of space constraints, only 27 undergraduates, and 18 staff members participated in this program. Participants were divided into four groups and completed five missions step by step by cooperating with each other. Some missions made them compete with other groups and maximize their teamwork. To explain the significance of teamwork, UCC (User Created Contents) about proper and improper team atmosphere, produced by the POSTECH Leadership Center, was used.
Professor Soon-Ju Kwon (MSE), Vice President of the POSTECH Leadership Center, said “the POSTECH Leadership Center has a plan to increase the scale of leadership programs and offer continuously varied leadership programs to the members of POSTECH. ”
