Following the news that POSTECH ranked 28th in the world in Times Higher Education annual rankings in the previous issue, there have been updates of subject specific rankings. As it did in the overall ranking, POSTECH produced an outstanding attainment in each of the subjects.

POSTECH ranked the 28th in Engineering & Technology, as the overall ranking, 37th in Life Science, and 26th in Physics.

On Oct. 19, there was a celebration dinner for the achievement in the dining halls of the Jigok Community Center. Bossam, boiled pork with soybean paste wrapped in lettuce, was served. With the popularity of the served food, the line of people waiting for the delivery extended more than twenty meters from the entrance of the cafeteria.
